One of our favourite pizza place always, but tonight they killed it. Pizza was baked to perfection with a nice Crispy edge and perfect brick oven sauce to cheese ratio. The pepperoni was layered perfectly! Probably one of the top 5 pizzas I’ve had in my life.

updating review.from a year ago... this ia my go to place for their fiesta pack... 2 burritos..2 tacos.. chips and hot sauce.for like 15 bucks...cant.beat it... great idea for a quick bite for 2.. only suggestion I would say... add a buck and add a few more chips and salsa rather than hot sauce... teied their pizza as well.. not a fan... was decent...their sauce was good.. its theirnown and its sweeter than normal... but crust disnt come out right..maybe will tey again next fiesta pack trip. Fpr nine bucks with two toppings..cant really complain... here an idea..wjat about a fiesta pizza based around thebfiesta pack??

Wanted to love the pizza because it came so highly recommended. Ordered the take out pepperoni special. It was okay. The sauce is unique as is quite sweet; very different from what we’re used to, and I think that’s why so many people love it. Service was excellent. Takeout deal is great so worth trying it for yourself to determine if you’re sweet on their sweet sauce!

Pizza was good, wings were good, but upcharge on the large pizza 2lbs wings deal for ordering 2 different flavours. Also, the pound of wings ( prior to cooking…I get it ) weighed in as just under 11 ounces in the box . Not too sure about the value here

I was introduced to Brick Oven after moving to Brantford in the 90's. Back then it was in the plaza on Paris Rd at Tollgate. After moving to Hanover, I had the occasion to stop by Brantford and would grab a couple pizzas to go, and subsequently saddened when they eventually closed. After I don't know how many years and a move to Kitchener, I was surprised to find out that Stromboli's had obtained the Brick Oven signature sauce. I now drive from Kitchener to Brantford on regular occasion to pick up some Brick Oven pizza and I am never disappointed!!! They have a GREAT SPECIAL 1 Medium Pizza with 2 toppings for $9. Can't go wrong with extra cheese and pepperoni and that sauce.... Wow! We tried their wings tonight and I was not at all disappointed, still favor the Jack Astor's wings but Stromboli's makes a solid (and large) chicken wing, the mild sauce is delicious. So glad Stromboli's kept the Brick Oven alive and come picnic season I'm definitely adding wings to our order.

If your not from Brantford you may mistake this as just another pizza joint. Strombolis Pizza offers up 2 sauces Stromboli sauce or Brick Oven Sauce. Opt for the Brick Oven sauce for a sweet tasting sauce (and extra sauce) for a change up to what you are used to. The kids love it. They have good deals on pick ups and party sized square pizzas to feed your teams. Pick ups their phone before they are open so that your pizza is ready as soon as they open. Good business run by good people.
